These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reflecta.me service, including our website, mobile applications for Android and iOS, and any other software or services offered by us in connection with any of the above (the "Service"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and SenSec LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Service Description
Reflecta.me is a wellness application that analyzes user-uploaded selfie images to provide personalized wellness recommendations and insights. The Service is available via web platform, Android application, and iOS application.

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial expressions and provide recommendations

  • These recommendations are generated by automated systems and are provided "as is" with no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability

  • The Service is intended for entertainment and general wellness purposes only

  • Any insights or patterns identified by our AI should be considered as general suggestions, not definitive analysis

  • You should not make important health or life decisions based solely on the Service's recommendations

User Accounts

Registration and Account Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One User, One Account
Each user may maintain only one active account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, combined, or otherwise shared with other persons.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans
Reflecta.me offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and usage limitations depend on the type of subscription you select:

  • Free Plan:

    • Following registration, you can take one selfie per day for the first 5 days

    • After the initial 5-day period, you can take one selfie per week (every 7 days)

    • Each selfie provides complete evaluation and analysis

  • Paid Plan:

    • You can take one selfie per day, every day

    • Each selfie provides complete evaluation and analysis

    • Additional features as described on our website

Payment and Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices may be stated in your local currency where available, and include applicable taxes.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, your device's app store settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes
We may change subscription fees from time to time. Any price changes will only apply to billing cycles after the change, not to your current subscription period. Your current subscription will always continue at the price you originally paid until the end of your current billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

User Content

Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all selfies and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Privacy of Your Content
We respect the private nature of your selfies and evaluations. We commit to the following:

  • We will never publicly share or publish your selfies or evaluations

  • Your User Content will not be visible to other users of the Service

  • We will not use your selfies in marketing materials without your explicit consent

  • Individual employees of SenSec LLC will not access your selfies except for limited technical support reasons, when explicitly requested by you

However, you grant us permission to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your User Content for the following limited purposes:

  • Improving our AI models and algorithms

  • Analyzing patterns and trends to enhance the Service

  • Conducting internal research to develop new features

  • Troubleshooting technical issues

Any such analysis will be performed in a way that cannot identify you personally. We do not sell or share this aggregated data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload User Content that:

  • Contains images of individuals other than yourself

  • Infringes on anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

  • Contains software viruses or any other code designed to harm or interfere with computer systems

  • Attempts to manipulate our AI systems or generate specific outcomes

Data Retention and Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated User Content at any time. Upon such request, we will delete all your personal information and User Content within 24 hours, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

  • Scrape, data-mine, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service

  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services

  • Share account credentials or allow others to access your account

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SenSec LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Reflecta.me name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SenSec LLC or its affiliates.

License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, adapt, or hack the Service

  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices

  • Duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission

Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (including Auth0 for authentication, OpenAI for image analysis, and Stripe for payment processing). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.

App Store Terms
If you download our mobile application through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms are between you and SenSec LLC, not with Apple or Google

  • The respective app store providers have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for our application

  • In the event of any failure of the application to conform to warranties, you may notify the respective app store provider, who may refund the purchase price for the application, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app store provider will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the application

  • The respective app store providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion through the application interface or by contacting us.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Service or these Terms shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Wyoming, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before resorting to arbitration or litigation.

Severability and Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SenSec LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
